If you create an account with the tool, it will keep you posted when decisions are made and how those changes affect you and your loan forgiveness journey. SAVI: NEA Member Benefits Student Loan Forgiveness Navigation Tool
The NEA Student Loan Forgiveness Navigator, offered through a new partner for NEAMB – Savi - is designed to walk members through a step-by-step process that will help identify federal programs to reduce monthly loan payments and, ultimately, complete the process of loan forgiveness. It is free for members for one year, to gain access to premium customer service and have the Loan Navigator fill-out and file the required documentation. www.neamb.com/start
Members MUST create and account on our website to access the tool. If they have issues with this process, please call our Member Service Center at 1-800-637-4636.
