NEA offers free professional development on several topics for members. Click here to learn more.

FWPS has an Equity Policy. There are many FWPS school board policies addressing equity and anti-discrimination, including this policy around gender identity and expression, procedure here.

If you are being discriminated against, members can file a HIB complaint with the district. The US Equal Opportunity Employment Commission is another powerful resource to report directly to the federal government, as an outside agency to support.
