About Us
Our amazing FWEA Association Representatives (also known as Building Reps) empower our members with information, communication, training and support in our 39 buildings across Federal Way Public Schools.
Our Association Representatives listen to students and members every day and assist with the smooth implementation of the collectively bargaining agreements and positive school culture.
Our ARs join our Executive Board to meet every month. All FWEA members are always welcome to attend too.
If you are interested in becoming an Association Rep, please call our office at 253-838-8571 to learn about the responsibilities, openings and the election cycle.
Find your building's Association Representatives - Click here! Do you know who your Executive Board members are? Click here!
All members also have access to our FWEA Advocacy Coaches, who will help clarify any areas of the CBA and walk members through solving any CBA violations. A list of SEAC (Special Education Advisory Committee) members can be found here.
