Our amazing Association Representatives (also known as Building Reps) empower our members with information, communication, training and support in our 39 buildings across Federal Way Public Schools.
Our Association Representatives listen to students and members every day and assist with the smooth implementation of both district and association initiatives.
Our ARs join our Executive Board to meet every month, typically on the third Monday. All FWEA members are always welcome to attend too. If you are interested in becoming an Association Rep, please call our office at 253-838-8571 to learn about the responsibilities, openings and the election cycle.

When we meet
Our monthly Monday meetings are held on from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the Washington Education Association, unless noted below. We voice our buildings' experiences, cover business, vote on policy and meet in our level area groups. A light dinner is served at 4:10 p.m., and all members are always welcome (however only ARs vote). Here's to another great year together!
