WEA-PAC Update!
The FWEA just recently completed it's annual WEA-PAC and NEA Children's Fund PAC drives. Jennifer Brown, from Meredith Hill Elementary signed up the most new members for 2009-2010.

Students are the big winners in NEWS lawsuit ruling!
Superior Court Judge John Erlick has ruled in NEWS' favor on all elements of the coalition's suit against the State of Washington. The court declared the state is out of compliance with the Washington Constitution, and ordered the Legislature to determine the actual costs of providing an ample education for all K-12 students, and to determine a stable and reliable source of funding.
