~Do we have to use the "up to"36 hours of available
staff meeting time? That is a site based decision and the answer is "no." The contract says "up to", it doesn't say specifically 36
hours. Sites determine how much of that they want to use and when they want to use it. Site being staff and principal.

members cannot be required to do bus duty. This includes ALL certs... deans, counselors, etc. If a member wants to go out and
greet students and supervise, that is up to the staff member. Ethically, members shouldn't even be asked as it puts (P1 and P2) staff
in an awkward position.
